- Seeing the need for nonprofit property management for individuals in our financially engineered housing market, we formed our organization to provide innovative solutions since 2016. The need can be seen in form of concurrent home foreclosures and tenant evictions with homelessness and abandoned vacant properties in declining neighborhoods. We are growing a network of Churches, individuals, and other nonprofits to invest in our revolving home equity capital-base. for integrated community living where households live in decent homes..

- We focus on preventing homelessness and ensuring every household finds a decent home to live and/or invest in our community irrespective of income sizes. Therefore, our members and volunteers provide housing market support network through property management and maintenance for individuals, including buying and selling as well as renovations and redevelopment. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference in neighborhood redevelopments.
